Orders are sent using a fixed rate according to country

Items are shipped from the United Kingdom and shipped with Royal Mail

For the United Kingdom, parcels are shipped with 1st Class service

For all other countries, parcels are shipped with Track & Sign service

For packages over 2kg, orders may be sent via special courrier according to destination. Special courrier service can be arranged on request.

*Please be aware, sharp tools such as knives can sometimes (although rarely) be returned to sender because considered prohibited. You may be asked to pay shipment for a second attempt if this occurs.*

Tools are packed with re-used and/or recyclable materials. It is endeavoured to use only recyclable materials.

All tape used is non plastic, including clear sellotape which is bio-degradable.

Please recycle and/or consider re-using packaging.

Orders are sent out during working hours, Monday through Friday.

Conditions of sale

Please be advised there is a no returns policy. All sales are final.
