Decorated in Art Deco style foliage motif, in likelihood made around 1920-40s.
This device is used to roll metal aglets onto shoelace ends. Useful for making sturdy shoelaces and ladies’ silk ribbon laces.
The device can mounted to a worktop for best use and allows for two sizes to be used: small and large.
