Workshop located at New Cross Road, SE London and active from at least 1893 to 1906

The seat breaker is used to rasp the top edge of the heel without damaging the upper. The top lip is adjusted by a single screw to set the depth. This allows to create a very tight heel close to the upper or wider as required.
