A large set of French finishing irons by Parisian workshop A.Guéret,
previously addressed 101 rue Quincampoix, Paris.
Made around 1930s.

*note: there are two 15/16 but they differ in size: 5.5/6mm & 7/7.5mm

The set has been entirely restored by hand and re-handled.
Iron heads have been individually reviewed to resolve pitting, the edges and grooves re-defined and polished.
The handles are made in English fumed oak and mounted with a traditional brass ferrule.
The iron heads are made of dropped forged steel and remain with natural signs of age.
