A large single maker set by early English toolmakers Jupp London.
Antique Victorian shoemaking tools made between 1880 - 1910s. Frederick Jupp was a supplier of shoemaking tools in London’s Soho, part of the West-End shoemaking area of the city. Considered to be “one of”, if not the best English toolmaker.

One single lip iron
Used for finishing angles and heel edges
One 14 spi fudge wheel
Nº1 & Nº2 Slide Box Seat Wheel

Two irons stamped Watts original to the set and completing the series
Entirely restored and cleaned. All edges are original and have not been recut.
All handles made of walnut, some newly replaced
The condition of the steel heads is exceptional for such an old and used set of tools. No signs of pitting or damage from rust. A rare and almost entirely complete set by the revered London toolmaker.
