Seat file made by a French workshop.
Used in the same way as a rahn file, to trim and level the top of the heel and sole. This is a double sided tool with a bevelled blunt edge on both sides, to reach under the upper without damaging the leather.
The grade of trimming is finer than a usual rahn file.
