A large set of finishing irons by early English toolmakers; comprising Jupp, Watts, Pascoe and Cooke London.
Antique Victorian shoemaking tools made between 1880 - 1910s. These four workshops were located in and around Soho supplying shoemaking tools to London’s West-End shoemaking firms. Considered some of the best English toolmakers.

Sizes: wide 1/16 inch through to narrow 1/2 inch
One double lip top iron

Entirely restored and cleaned. All edges are original and have not been recut.
Irons in excellent condition, testimony to the quality of build.
Handles made in a variety of woods including walnut, beech, sequoia and rosewood.
A large and rare set of the most required sizes for welted shoes: ladies’ light work, gents’ light work, standard work (1/4”, 5/16”) and heavier double soled work by London West End toolmakers.
